Kia ora Koutou
Tena koutou or, in English, Hello everyone!
This is my first blog entry as part of the TBS2 A team. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better through your blogs and, of course, it is a great way to work on improving your writing. You are going to produce two pieces of writing on your blog. Have a look at the Power point on the TBS2 Moodle site entitled 'Welcome to ..Text Based Skills Two' for more information about these Blog Writing Portfolio tasks. Although you have to keep to the 2 genres - a review & a travel article - you do have the a lot of choice as to what you actually want to review &, for the travel article - the place you want to write about. We'll have a look at some examples of reviews & travel articles to give you some ideas. Meanwhile you need to get started on creating your own blog.
